  • Yes! We are currently shipping to the following countries:

    USA, Mexico, Canada, UK, Australia

    We have plans to expand to more countries in the future.

    *Please note for all international orders, signature will be required upon delivery.

  • We understand mistakes happen. Orders may only be cancelled Monday through Friday, and within 24 hours of submission. Please email lunardelmar.co@gmail.com  with your order number if you wish to cancel your order.

    After 24 hours, the order has likely already been processed and may already be in route to you and can no longer be cancelled, only returned. In order to return this for no additional shipping charges. Simply deny the package.

    How does this work?

    When the delivery carrier delivers your package, do not accept it. Deny the package. This will be automatically returned to us. Once we receive the unopened package we will issue an immediate refund.

    What if you’re not home when package is delivered?

    That’s okay, once your package is delivered, do not open the package, drive it to the local / near by carrier shop and let them know this package was delivered to you but you want to refuse it and would like it delivered back to sender.

    Please note that as we try our best to process your orders as swiftly as possible, it may be difficult to make a cancellation even if we are notified within 24 hours. In that case, we will happily offer you a return label for you to return your order upon receipt.

  • Yes, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase from Lunadelmar.co, we accept returns on not used and/or unopened items within 15 days of purchase.

    However please note that final sale items do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

  • It just means you’re order will be slightly delayed.

    Products are being restocked onto our warehouse and it can take anywhere from 3-8 weeks to ship out to you, sometimes it can take longer. If that becomes the case, a team member will notify you. Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a tracking number and confirmation email.

    If you order a product on back order, a team member will confirm this by emailing you personally to let you know the estimated time-frame to ship the item to you.

  • Because of the nature of a product certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges for safety / hygienic purposes.

  • Unfortunately no.

    Final Sales are final.

    For clothing and shoe items only, you may exchange for a different size if we still have available.

    How would the exchange work?

    You’d have to repurchase the new item on the website and email us letting us know you bought this item in a different size but it didn’t fit and would like to exchange it for a different size. Provide us your new order# for us to verify it’s the same item and we will issue you with a shipping label to return the item you’d like to exchange. Once we receive the item we will make sure it’s in good conditions / unused and if everything looks good we will issue you a refund for the item.

  • Exchanges are for clothing, and shoes only. You’d have to repurchase the new item on the website and email us letting us know you bought this item in a different size but it didn’t fit and would like to exchange it for a different size.

  • Depends on the item, most likely yes.

    If you wish to cancel an order / item that is on back order, we ask you email us as soon as possible to process your cancellation before shipping your order.

  • Yes, for some of our product options we offer subscriptions

  • You will be notified by email 2-5 days before you are charged for next automatic refill on the subscription item.

  • Yes! Just email us at hello@lunadelmar.co and let us know what item/s you’d like to modify your subscription and how often you’d like this shipped out to you.
